CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Full Job Description:
Adventure Rentals is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, customer service driven person to join the Adventure Rentals team. Duties include helping our valued customers experience a safe and memorable adventure with their rental.
Adventure Rental Customer Service team members review all rules, regulations, and safe driving instructions with the customer. After machine use, the team member will assess rented machines and create a repair quote for the customer if needed. This is a very fast paced, hands-in type of position. This position is outdoors a good portion of the time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage rental paperwork and reporting

Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles

Complete “Walk Arounds” with each customer documenting with photos via iPad

Complete RTR (Ready to Rent) checklist with each customer

Bring an ‘A game’ and positive attitude every day
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn rental software quickly

Attention to detail in terms of service and operations
-
Exceptional communication skills with customers
-
Mechanically inclined, knowledge of off road machines a plus

Must be able to work weekends and evenings

Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
