RATES & INFO

  • Renter must be 21+ w/valid driver's license

  • All riders must be at least 52" tall

  • Credit card for $1500 deposit per machine

  • Credit card holder must be present

  • Drivers must be 18+ w/valid driver's license

  • Helmets must be worn AT ALL TIMES

  • Helmets are provided w/ machine rental

  • Customer may bring own full-faced DOT helmet​

  • Goggles are required

  • Goggles are available for purchase

  • Customers may bring their own googles

MINORS

  • ​​​Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian that is 25 years or older.

  • This does not include: Grandparents, Step Parent, friend, etc.​

  • All children must be at least 52" tall to ride in an Adventure Rentals machine.

RENTAL PRICES & TIMES

  • 1/2 Day Rentals - Up to 4 Hours of Riding Time STARTING at $249 

  • Full Day Rentals - Up to 7 Hours of Riding Time STARTING at $299

(Rates vary for Weekdays & Weekends)

  • $1,500 Security Deposit PER Off Road Machine

  • The vehicles are speed limited to approximately 35MPH

REFUND / CANCELLATIONS

  • We are open rain or shine therefore we have a no cancellation/no refund policy* PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ​

*Conditional Refund Policy - After arrival, upon completing the entire check-out process, customers who do not feel safe or comfortable with the rental are eligible for a full refund.

XP / XP4 1000 OFF ROAD MACHINES

  • Rental pick-up times are between 9am - 2pm EST (TBD by your day and specific rental). Winter hours may change pick-up times.

  • Adventure Rentals is on Eastern Time which means we are an hour ahead of our IL friends.

  • You must be 21 and have a valid drivers license to rent an off-road machine from Adventure Rentals.

  • You must be 18 and have a valid drivers license to drive an off-road rental machine.

  • To carry a minor passenger, the driver must be 25 and the Parent or Legal Guardian of the minor passenger. No minors are permitted without parent/legal guardian.

  • No Car Seats allowed in rental machines; MINIMUM HEIGHT FOR CHILDREN IS 52 INCHES

  • Helmets and goggles are required for Off-Road machine rentals.

  • Off-Road machines must be washed and returned 

  • Off-Road Rentals include entrance to the Badlands Off Road Park for the number of people allowed in the machine.

  • Off-Road Rentals being driven On-Road must only be driven on county roads in the Indiana counties of Fountain, Warren, and Parke. (Rentals may be driven in Attica, Williamsport, and Covington. NO rentals may be driven in Rockville.)

  • The machines are speed limited to approximately 35MPH

GUIDED TOUR 

OFF-ROAD MACHINE

GUIDED TOURS WILL START LATE SPRING
ALL ABOVE RULES APPLY TO GUIDED RIDES

  • Guided rides begin at machine pick up location and convoy to the Badlands Off Road Park.

  • You will get a tour of the Badlands and even see some areas not open to the public.

  • The guided rides are for leisure and fun. 

  • Rental pick-up times are stated for guided rides.

  • You must stay with the guide from start to finish.  Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis.

  • It is recommended that you bring a lunch and/or beverages.

  • Coolers are welcome, but will be checked upon entry to Badlands Off Road Park.  No alcohol is allowed.

  • The guide will also have a cooler.  Please remember these are off road machines.  Pack your lunch to withstand the bouncing and jiggling of the machine.

  • The machines are speed limited to approximately 35MPH

DAMAGE PROTECTION

& SECURITY DEPOSITS

  • All rentals REQUIRE the purchase of DAMAGE PROTECTION (an additional $15 fee per machine per day). This non-taxable fee is automatically added to your rental fee and is reflected in the subtotal. This required Damage Protection limits the renter's responsibility to a maximum of $1,500 if damage occurs to your rented Off Road Machine.

  • The SECURITY DEPOSIT requirement for renting an Off Road Machine is $1,500. (This is a hold placed on a credit/debit card upon your arrival. No Cash Deposits allowed.)

OPTIONAL PROTECTIONS​

  • TIRE DAMAGE PROTECTION costs $25 per day per machine and covers the replacement costs of all tires on your off road rental machine.​ Tire Damage Protection does NOT cover accidents or abuse.

  • DOWN TIME PROTECTION costs $25 per day per machine and covers any down time fees you may incur after damaging the machine.

PLEASE NOTE:

YOU CAN BE CHARGED FOR THE DOWNTIME OF YOUR RENTAL MACHINE IF YOU DO DAMAGE AND THE DAMAGE PREVENTS THE ABILITY FOR RENTAL OF YOUR MACHINE AT THE DAILY RATE. DOWNTIME CHARGES ARE A SEPARATE FEE FOR WHICH THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE AND IS NOT COVERED BY THE DAMAGE WAIVER.
